Students may not share or transfer their membership in Signature Series at any time. Providing user name, password and/or other Signature Series access information to a third party will result in termination of the student's membership without any refund or credit. No credit is available if Student fails to attend any of the online seminars they register for, or fail to use all of their online credits.
